Marjon F. Aucoin will be holding art classes at Little Wonders Learning Center Monday through Friday. This high quality fine art program offers art instruction that goes beyond cut and paste, and arts & crafts. Students will gain skills and confidence by learning to see simple shapes in complex objects. They are taught basic understanding of how to draw and paint and are provided with a large variety of art materials.

Creating a Moth with Found Objects

There is creativity buzzing all around the art studio. We love when Demi comes in because we never know what he'll be in the mood for, his thought process continues to amaze us. This week he was ready to tackle a moth sculpture with found objects around the art studio. He used a sea shell for the body, tooth picks for the legs with wire to attach them & wooden pieces for the wings.  Next week he'll start working on covering it with paper mache to make a stronger structure.
